Your Chapter III launch price (₹1,990/sqft) is held until 20 October 2026. If you change your mind any time within 6 months of launch, you get 100% of the EOI back — no deductions.
What you should
know before you click.
The EOI form is on a separate portal. Clicking the button opens dquorspaces.co/eoi-application in a new browser tab. This is DQUOR Spaces LLP's central EOI portal — the same portal used across every Malpani Group project.
You choose the project and the tier. On the DQUOR portal, select Pali Hill City as the project and pick either Silver or Gold EOI. The tier you pick determines the size of your refundable token and your priority position in the Chapter III inventory allocation on launch weekend.
Your EOI locks the Chapter III launch price until Dussehra. Chapter III opens at ₹1,990/sqft on 12–13 September 2026. A valid EOI holds that same price for you until Dussehra, 20 October 2026 — even if inventory pricing has moved by then.
Fully refundable · no deductions · six-month window. If you decide not to proceed with the plot, your EOI is refunded in full — with no deductions of any kind — for a period of up to 6 months from the launch event date.
